When I called to dispute, you sold me a 4 month package for $20 which comes to $80.00, to expire on May 15th.
I initially complained because I bought a $10.00 package in December for 2 months but was charged $40 in January.
I am still so disappointed with my membership to the Rockmart, Georgia Zips Car Wash.
This describes the initial problem with no resolution and it got worse from here:
